A Waggin' Tale is based on the adventures of Mocha the Dachshund. Along the way, she meets a true friend, and together, they can do anything. Living in the big city with a tiny body, everything is new, huge, and scary, but with Mocha's natural instincts and her new friend, the city becomes their playground.
